Request a debit key for a device through the Premier Portal.

Sign in to Premier Portal

Sign in to the Premier Portal.

Navigate to Manage

Select Manage from the navigation menu.

Select Key Ordering

Select Key Ordering.

Enter the device serial number

Enter or search for the device serial number.

Select the key type

Select the appropriate Production or Test key type.

Submit the request

Submit the key request.

Monitor and download

Monitor the request through Order Management and download the key file once the order is complete.

Guidelines

• Key ordering is tied to the serial number of the device.
• Standard fulfillment turnaround is 3 days.
• Expedited requests may be available for eligible accounts.
• If the required debit key is not available in the account, the Premier team can add additional keys as needed.
