Export locations report

Export the current location list as a CSV file.

Use this action to export the Locations report as a CSV file.

Before you start

Confirm that:

• the location list already shows the records you want to export
• any required filters or list review are complete
• you need the data in CSV format

Export the locations report

1. Open Locations

Go to Device Management → Locations.

2. Start the export

Select Options → Export Report.

3. Download the file

Download the generated CSV file.

Verify the export

After the file downloads, confirm that:

• the file is in CSV format
• the exported rows match the location list you expected
• the output is ready for downstream review or sharing

Result

The locations report is exported in CSV format.
