# Add/delete parameters

The **Parameter Management** feature provides the flexibility to add and delete parameters for basic as well as advanced parameters. A new instance can also be added and deleted.

Follow the option sequence below to add/delete parameters/instances.

**Verifone Central** > **Device Management** > **Devices** > **View Devices** > **Device Details** > **Details** > **Parameters**

Click the respective icon to add / delete parameter / instance.

Enter the parameter details and click **Add** to add a parameter.

A confirmation popup message is displayed saying that the parameters were added successfully.

A confirmation popup message is displayed before deleting the instance.
