Learn how to gain access to Verifone Central, manage your account, edit language preferences, view the organizations your user has access to, create checkout themes, set notifications and much more.
The Verifone Central portal provides merchants with administration tools to review and manage details related to their organizations.
Depending on your Verifone Central merchant user roles and permissions, and the set of features that is available to your organization(s), you can view, create, and edit other users within your organization(s), your points of interactions (e.g., in-store terminals), digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, blocking rulesets for your transactions, email notifications and webhooks for various events, and more.

Instant insight into every organization...
Lists the organizations your user has access to, and their hierarchy. Explore a specific organization to view general information, addresses, contact details, associated payment provider contracts and organizations, and set up and link token scopes.
Your payment provider contract (PPC) at a glance...
Lists the payment provider contracts that are related to the organizations your user has access to. Drill down each contract to see more details, such as sales channels, currencies and payment types that can be used with that contract.
Smart control of every point of interaction...
Lists the points of interaction, currently mainly the in-store points of sale that are associated with the organizations your user has access to. Add a new Point of Interaction, or select an existing point of interaction to view and manage its details.
Manage users...
Lists all the users that are associated with the organizations your user has access to. You can add new merchant users, or disable/enable an existing user.
Optimize your financial operations and fine‑tune your account through Advanced Settings.
Find the 3DS IDs You Need - Fast...
Lists the 3D Secure provider contracts that are associated with the organizations your user has access to. Drill down to find the 3DS contract ID that is required in Checkout and eCommerce API calls when 3DS authentications are required.
Wallets made effortless...
Lists all the supported wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, Vipps) that are associated with the organizations your user has access to. You can add, disable, or enable wallets.
Targeted blocking rules management...
Lists all the blocking rulesets that were set up for the organization your user is linked to. Blocking rulesets of descendant organizations are not listed.
Create and manage blocking rulesets based on various rules to block transactions that match them. For example, you can block all transactions above a specific amount, transactions that originate in a specific country (based on IP), transactions with specific 3DS statuses, and more. Refer to our Blocking failed 3DS transactions section for additional details.
Stay notified. Stay ahead...
Lists the notifications that were set up for the organizations your user has access to. Get notified by email or webhooks of various events, such as approved or declined authorizations, captures, refunds, and many more. Here you can create a new notification, or drill down an existing notification to view, edit, disable, or enable it.
Your checkout, your style...
Lists the various Checkout themes that are associated with the organizations your user has access to. Checkout themes allow you to customize your customers’ Checkout experience when you’re using Verifone’s Checkout page. Upload your own logo, change the background and button colors, or the font family and color. You can create a new theme, or drill down an existing theme to preview, customize, or delete it.
